I've updated the pack with the new overworld tileset. I really wanted to try to get this out in a semi-timely fashion so it's still a slight WIP, but most of it is complete, expect more changes in the future. I still have the color palletes to update, but I also want make the index easier to edit for users. The next major revision will be the dungeon portion of the tileset.

Wow! I used this pack for a prototype about a year ago and it was already great. Came back to grab it again and your remake is incredible!! You've gone well beyond Link's Awakening IMO. Thanks for all your work on this!
Are these all 'proper' 3 colors for sprites and 4 colors for tiles?
Unfortunately some of the tiles do use a few extra colors here and there. But, I did keep it in mind and designed most of the tiles around the color limitations. So, they could be fixed with a little bit of editing. The sprites do follow the limit though.
